Designed and handcrafted by Corrales and artisans from Colombia.

We believe in the consciousness of creation; the artistic expression should motivate positive impact. This is why we do not use welding nor casting techniques in are jewels and are categorized as an eco-friendly brand. Our main material is gold-plated wire which lets us fabricate light weighted, original pieces. We complement our creations with natural fibers, using different techniques like crochet, macrame and wire wrapping.

Bianhi is a company made by women for women. Our CEO and lead designer, Milena Corrales, has made a grand effort to bring work into a community of women from vulnerable backgrounds in Barranquilla, Colombia. She gives single mothers, students and women who are going through difficult situations, the opportunity of decent work and pay, while teaching them the techniques of her own craftmanship.

About Us

Bianhi means new dawn, the opportunity of a fresh start in the midst of sunrise. For Milena Corrales, founder of the brand, this name represents a moment of transition and rebirth in her own life. A period where she reinvented her craft and became a powerful, self-taught, jewelry designer.  

A powerful reconnection

The Bianhi brand represents a powerful reconnection with one’s own roots and nature, an artistic introspection which culminates in the rawness and perfection of Latin American backgrounds transformed into worldly pieces. 

Beauty, power, femininity, nature and craftsmanship represent who we are and what we stand for.

The Artist

Milena Corrales, born and raised in Barranquilla, Colombia, enjoyed several years practicing her career in dentistry. Nevertheless, she had always used painting as her own personal artistic escape, and as years passed, she began to use her manual skills to enter the art world and for a while, dedicated herself to develop oils, fabrics and home interior design.

Her years of exploration and experience were necessary to give birth to this amazing project. Bianhi is more than just jewelry. It covers the whole artistic representation of who Milena Corrales is: a craftswoman inspired by her roots and the natural wonders of Colombia. A loving mother and fearless citizen of the world who is ready to fill this earth with beauty through the simplicity and elegance of her pieces.
